What are the delivery times?

How much are the shipping fees?

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We are sorry if your package arrives in poor condition. If damage is observed, report it immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery, then contact our customer service with photos of the package and the affected item.

We will then offer you a replacement or a refund according to your preference.

Can I modify my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to modify the delivery address by quickly contacting our customer service.

However, once the order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee any changes to the address.

Which carriers deliver my order?

We work with reliable and recognized carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. The carrier may vary depending on your delivery address and the type of order.

Tracking information is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery?

Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For deliveries outside the EU, import fees (such as local VAT and/or administrative charges) may be applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.

These potential charges are not included in the price displayed on our website and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if an item does not suit me?

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a right of withdrawal allowing you to cancel your order within the legal timeframe, even if the product does not meet your expectations.

In many cases, returning the product physically is not necessary.

Customer Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your items and click on “ADD TO CART”.
Once you have chosen your products, go to your cart and follow the steps until secure payment is completed. After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email and we will prepare your order.

Can I modify my order after confirmation?

Once confirmed, the order is immediately processed for fast shipping. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a modification—we will do our best to assist you.

What should I do if I did not receive the confirmation email?

Check your spam folder. If the email does not appear, contact our team with your details and we will verify that your order has been properly registered.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time indicated at purchase, we invite you to check its tracking via the link received by email or in the Order Tracking section at the bottom of the page.

I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. To speed up delivery, some items may be shipped separately depending on their availability.

Do not worry, the rest of your order is on its way and will be delivered shortly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) as well as protection against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws.

If a product is defective or does not match the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) can be offered.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

How do I activate my product warranty?

Your warranty is automatically activated on the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email), as it will be required in case of a claim.
