At Mentefit, we do our best to ensure fast, reliable deliveries and fair return management. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to track your package.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated between 6 and 12 business days for shipments within the European Union, starting from the date the order is shipped.

These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary during peak periods (holidays, promotions), depending on carrier workload, customs procedures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes (VAT included). No additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be required by the destination country’s authorities.

These potential charges are not included in the prices displayed on the website and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You can also track your shipment directly on our website in the [Order Tracking] section, accessible via the footer.

Delivery Issues

Upon receiving the order, the customer is advised to check the condition of the package and the delivered product.

In the event of a damaged package, missing item, non-compliant product, or any visible defect, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than three (3) days after receiving the order, at: contact@mentefit.fr

The request must include all relevant information (order number, description of the issue, photos or videos where applicable).

If no claim is made within this timeframe, the product will be deemed compliant and free of visible defects, without prejudice to the customer’s rights under applicable legal warranties.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers within the European Union

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers residing in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

No product may be returned without our prior authorization.

Any return made without express authorization will not engage our liability. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for loss of the product nor proceed with a refund or exchange.

Returned products must:

  • be new and unused,
  • be returned in their original packaging,
  • include all accessories, if applicable.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Defective or Non-Compliant Products

In the event of a defect or non-compliance appearing after receipt of the product and covered by the legal warranty, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible after noticing the defect, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Depending on the situation, an appropriate solution may be offered, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, without requiring the return of the product.

Return or Claim Request

For any return or claim request, please contact our customer service at contact@mentefit.fr and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the request
  • Photos or videos, if applicable

We commit to responding within 48 business hours with the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Once the withdrawal request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided, the customer will receive a refund confirmation by email.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method, typically within a few business days.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the refund will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days from notification of the withdrawal decision, subject to receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
