Shipping and Return Policy

At Mentefit, we do our best to ensure fast, reliable deliveries and fair return management. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package in real time.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery takes 6 to 12 business days, depending on the product ordered and the destination country.
These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary during periods of high demand (holidays, promotions), due to carrier workloads, customs procedures or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is available for €4.90 on all orders under €50.
It is free on orders of €50 or more.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes (VAT included). No additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be required by the destination country’s authorities.
These potential charges are not included in the prices displayed on the website and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
You can also track your shipment directly on our website in the [Order Tracking] section, accessible via the footer.
Cancellation of Order
The customer may request the cancellation of their order by contacting our customer service as soon as possible after the order has been confirmed.
Cancellation requests are accepted as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.
As our orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received several hours after the order has been confirmed can still be accommodated.
Once the order is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, the customer retains the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy.
Delivery Issues
Upon receiving the order, the customer is advised to check the condition of the package and the delivered product.
In the event of a damaged package, missing item, non-compliant product, or any visible defect, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than three (3) days after receiving the order, at: contact@mentefit.fr
The request must include all relevant information (order number, description of the issue, photos or videos where applicable).
If no claim is made within this timeframe, the product will be deemed compliant and free of visible defects, without prejudice to the customer’s rights under applicable legal warranties.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers within the European Union
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers residing in the European Union have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order, without having to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised directly from your order using the withdrawal option available on our store, or by contacting us at: contact@mentefit.fr.
Our customer service team will provide you with the relevant instructions for processing your request, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return Conditions
Before returning any product, the customer must contact us to receive the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without following this procedure may result in additional processing time or may not be accepted.
Returned products must:
- be new and unused,
- be returned in their original packaging,
- include all accessories, if applicable.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Defective or Non-Compliant Products
In the event of a defect or non-compliance appearing after receipt of the product and covered by the legal warranty, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible after noticing the defect, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Depending on the situation, an appropriate solution may be offered, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, without requiring the return of the product.
Return or Claim Request
For any return or claim request, please contact our customer service at contact@mentefit.fr and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the request
- Photos or videos, if applicable
We commit to responding within 48 business hours with the appropriate instructions.
Refunds
Once the withdrawal request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided, the customer will receive a refund confirmation by email.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method, typically within a few business days.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the refund will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days from notification of the withdrawal decision, subject to receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary depending on the institution
